A partner (“Partner”) of AKKO may include but is not limited to an affiliate, publisher, retailer, or business promoting or aiding in the enrollment to AKKO’s memberships or protection plans with regard to the interactions with their audience, customers, employees, or users.
As a Partner, you acknowledge that you have read and understand AKKO’s Customer FAQs and Terms and Conditions pertaining to individual plans and memberships.
As a Partner who works with groups, you acknowledge that you have read and understand AKKO’s Group Protection Programs Terms and Conditions.
As a Partner, you understand and accept that you are solely liable for any repercussions of information regarding AKKO’s plans, memberships, or group protection programs and their protection terms and conditions being misrepresented to any customer or client.
AKKO’s protection plans and memberships for individuals and small businesses are protection plans, not insurance. AKKO is not an insurance company or broker and does not provide insurance to customers, members, or clients. All protection benefits of AKKO’s plans and programs are provided within our memberships and service contracts and all liabilities are backed by “A” or “A-” Rated U.S. insurers. Any insurance products or policies which may be provided for certain programs or clients are provided through our partner Elite Risk Insurance Solutions Lic#0G40499.
